The Early Worm Gets The Van…

Good Morning world and thanks for tuning in to another day here on Planet Magnet.

It’s the weekend!

But today, strangely enough that’s about all I have to say about that…..

I am up early this morning to quickly write this post to say hello and I hope you enjoy yourselves as much as I plan to and also to let you know what I am doing today.

As some of you may recall I am setting up a business as a handy man and although I have been D.I.Y’ing for a few years now and have the bulk of the tools I require to do the job, I am still short of one main ingredient.

Transport. Or more specifically, a van.

So today I go to look at one and to get an idea of what looking a trifle more professional when turning up to jobs in a van will look like.

I honestly never thought I would ever own a van but I am really excited at the prospect of starting this next phase of my life. Working for myself, running a business and helping people along the way.

As the saying goes “It’s all gravy” or at least it’s looking like it.

So this morning I head off to look at the van and hopefully, if it is any good, make an offer (I have done my homework and this is an ex British Gas fleet vehicle so has been serviced and repaired on schedule, is in excellent condition and is the correct price) and then the plan of starting up on my own starts to become a reality and life goes on to it’s next phase…

Wish me luck everybody.

Have a great weekend!

‘Till tomorrow,

Stay out of the fridge.

Good luck, but more importantly, enjoy this new venture in life. Focus on why you have chosen this and satisfy your standards for the work you offer others. Your critical self evaluation will offer your customers the quality of work they expect. Thinking in these terms will lead to your success. ENJOY!

Cameron we need to speak – I ran networking groups for small and medium business’s throughout Oxfordshire and Bucks for a while and still have LOADS of blue chip contacts for all you need in setting up a business. I know you know everything but I think I actually might be able to help you on this one πŸ˜‰
