On The Seventh Day Of Christmas….

On the Seventh day of Christmas, my true love sent to me…
Seven Swans A Swimming, Six Geese A Laying, Five Gold Rings, Four Calling Birds, Three French Hens, Two Turtle Doves and a Partridge in a Pear tree.

Good morning everyone and thanks for dropping by to the Worlds Biggest Fridge Magnet blog here on New Years Eve of 2015!

I am sorry it is so busy here but all of these animals are starting to get in the way somewhat so please do kick them off of the furniture and try to find a comfortable place to sit and have a read. Hopefully it won’t be too long before they are all collected by the Animal Welfare or the RSPB. I have already dealt with the Five gold rings (pawn shops are wonderful…) so at least thats one thing I don’t have to worry about…!

So then, it is New Years Eve.

Blimey! Who would have thought that it is nearly a year since I started out with this site? I still remember it as though it were yesterday. Choosing the name and deciding what to write about (well okay, that final bit hasn’t quite been identified as yet I agree…. πŸ˜‰ )

It was on the 7th of January that the blog idea was born and established. I remember choosing my Sela Theme from the package, then I chose the unusual title after much deliberation (in fact I think it may have been my brother who came up with the name so any congratulatory words should really go to him…!) and then it was time to put pen to paper.

If I recall the planning stages took a couple of days to work out then I started posting pages my history etc, creating my back story so you all knew who I was and where I came from.
If I recall correctly the initial pages were all I was going to do and all I would have done if I had not realised that the site supported daily blogging and by calling them posts instead of pages it made them easier to write, edit and put up for the world to see.

Because of this, today my totals stand at 345 posts and over 20,000 hits of the old website. Not bad eh? Lots of comments of course but there are always room for more though eh guys! Maybe if you read but don’t already comment, perhaps you could start by saying something that you get from the blog itself, if anything at all that is…!

So tomorrow brings a New Year and a fresh start for us all. It will bring with it many challenges of that you can be sure. It will bring a great deal of opportunities and I for one plan to start making the most of mine and plan to start grabbing life by the horns and living it as full as I possibly can whilst I try to get the message out far and wide. For all of these things I will need your support so I am hoping I can count on your continuing to show up everyday, take a seat (animals not withstanding) and tuck in to whatever my latest inexactitude may be…. πŸ˜‰

There are some new photos being edited today so I can’t them on the site just yet so please come back in the morning as I plan to have a special treat for you as I launch a quick year in the life of Cameron WBFM and his blog, culminating in my latest shots….

Hurry back!

‘TillΒ Next Year….!

Stay out of the fridge.

P.S Don’t forget, you only have the rest of the day to finish the rest of bad foods hanging around your fridge, not that you will have any……

PS: I love the new Avatar … you really are looking fantastic and ready to take on the world and all it throws next year which I hope will be only good and sparkly and luscious and lovely and I wish you nothing more than love, laughter and content which, as another blogging friend commented to me earlier when I wished her (and indeed the whole world but with the addition of unity for the big girl) is really all any of us can ask for πŸ™‚ Happy New Year again fella – I’m delighted our paths converged when they did πŸ™‚
