Nothing Doing

Morning World!

Nothing to report today as I rather let myself down yesterday and took the shackles off somewhat.

This means that unless you want to hear about my very boring day having a quick walk with the dog and then finding myself in the pub, I have very little to say!

So I find myself feeling a little worse for wear and a trifle annoyed with myself but they say you must let your hair down every now and then, I just wish I could make a decision and stick to it i.e. not drink alcohol.

Admittedly I didn’t go over board and I recall the day with clarity I still have that guilty feeling running around my head. Maybe it’s because I always used to feel like it after I had been out so it’s a Pavlov’s dog scenario or maybe it’s simply because I went out and did something I promised I would not do.

Still, these are a couple of thoughts that I will consider throughout the day whilst I wait for 9pm to come round when I shallΒ sit down to watch the new James Bond Spectre movie.

Tomorrow I shall return with Tuesday’s Tasty Treat and hopefully you guys will have forgotten all about this little mishap and see that I am back on track….

‘Till tomorrow,

Stay out of the fridge.

You lucky sod, im dying to see Spectre but will have to wait till the weekend. Enjoy the movie and relax. Forget about the weekend and consider it a little treat for all the hard work you have done so far. By tomorrow all will be right in the world and you will be back kicking ass πŸ™‚

Just a thought to help overcome a day of misguided happenings:
As everyone has noted, slip ups will happen. The goal is not perfection; the goal is for balance and healthy living. If a day does get away from you, make certain before you go to bed you reflect on that day and find something POSITIVE that happened. Always, fall asleep on a good note!
