Morning blog readers and welcome to another weekend here on planet earth!
So what do you have planned today? Nothing much? No me neither. I should of course be going to the gym as it is one of my gym session days but I shall probably take a gentle walk and then visit my friends boat otherwise I think I may be scratching around for something to do when the gym is finished which is a shame because I have just recently noticed (and please excuse my brazen narcism) that I am beginning to look okay in comparison to how I once did and me shutting myself away at home could really be seen as a bit of a waste of all of my efforts to slim down…. 😉

No, in all seriousness I was thinking I might struggle to find things to do today which is a bit of a waste because other than the gym I believe my options nowadays are a trifle limited. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining, I could probably do with a day of down time especially given that tomorrow I plan to do another good walk along the Ridgeway but I like to be active or at least busy and since one of the reasons for having my surgery was so I could do more, it seems a shame to waste the opportunity.
