Ha Ha Ha!!
I’m sorry but it just came to me as I was looking at some old photos and found the one I used for todays header.
It was taken and edited by a good friend of mine Dean Floyd Photography and it is called “Cam’s Post”
Quite apt given that I now issue a daily post from this here blog 🙂
Anyway, sorry for being late on parade but it felt like all of my get up and go had got up and gone!
I needed rest and getting up at 6am to write or do anything was not part of the plan.
I had run out of steam and needed to recharge my batteries.
I must remember that less than six months ago I was completely sedentary and now, well in comparison I run around like a spring lamb (obviously I don’t gambol and kick my feet in the air, that would be too odd… 😉 ) and that it is only natural that I will have to rest at times because without the correct amount of rest, the body just gives up and that is why I hit the wall a trifle today. Still a day of downed tools should see me right. 😉
So today this is all I am going to give you.
Think positive thoughts and positive things will happen.

My Jawbone read a decent amount for a rest day at over 7000 steps…
Hopefully I will be recharging the batteries today so will be back at it tomorrow and have plenty to report on Sunday!
