Good morning, good afternoon and good evening and welcome to the World’s Biggest Fridge Magnet brought to you once again on a beautiful Monday morning.
Not the best thing you have ever heard I am sure but consider this, it could be cold and wet or maybe the middle of winter and you have had to spend the entire weekend indoors enduring the cold, the boredom and the lack of BBQ cooking…..
So every cloud and all of that….
Well today will see you smiling, maybe not for any reason you may ordinarily do so but certainly for the fact you are invested in this blog and therefore have some interest in my progress so I have decided to share to make you smile.
As Deepak Chopra said “All great changes are preceded by chaos” and I think I can attest to this fact because when I decided it was time for change my life was in total chaos and as the photos show me getting smaller so the chaos of my life has reduced and in some cases completely abated.
To that end I am pleased to be able to offer my newest photos of my weight loss diary for your scrutiny… The first ones were taken at the start of this journey in May of last year and show me at my biggest (159kgs/350lbs). Obviously the second photo in each pair shows my progress to the last time I was photo’d – Friday 21st August 2015.

So the days food was actually quite good even with the potatoes and toasted Rye bread because there wasn’t actually that much of them/it. I was sensible with my snacks, didn’t drink any alcohol and kept my portions to a sensible size.
Overall? I think a good food day especially when you consider I had a double protein shake as a snack.
There was no actual exercise per-se as Archie was walked by my dear friend Emma and I was spending the day with my family, although playing with the children did keep me on my toes for the day and gave me a Jawbone Up2 reading of nearly 6800 steps as shown in my only screenshot of the day:
