Hope you had a great start to the weekend and are looking forward to relaxing and putting the old feet up.
Now I know I shouldn’t moan and it has only been a few months and I need to be honest with you as I always am, but my word I am sick of clothes becoming too big so quickly!
It’s driving me nuts AND broke!
I only purchased some jeans what seems like a couple of weeks ago and I am now too small for them. The two Polo shirts I bought at the same time are now going to be resigned with the jeans to the eBay listings at some point this week. I also purchased some twill style jeans a size smaller that I love. Good quality and a great cut, but now? Yes you’ve guessed it they are too big. It’s incredible to think that when they came a few weeks ago I couldn’t even get them on and the calves were so tight they actually looked ridiculous. Now though, no stretching or straining, they are held up with a belt I bought at the same time (that I couldn’t actually get done up even on the last hole but now is creeping into the third hole….!) to prevent them from falling down.
So I have once again just purchased yet another couple of Polo shirts and a new pair of jeans. The jeans need taken in right away as they are already to loose on the leg but I’m hoping the Polo shirts fit as nicely as I think they do….
So the great weight loss continues. It is a wonderful problem to have even if a little tiresome.

Fridays food diary was pretty standard fare (although I must confess to eating a few cheesy chips off of a plate of a friend 🙂 ) The two portions of toast weren’t possibly my best choices but I didn’t use my recovery drink so kept the calories and carbs down that way. Saturdays one will be the difficult one as I have been invited to a Bhangra party this evening (although I think I will only have a small amount of rice, curry sauce and spicy chicken, it will still be difficult to work out the calorific and nutritional elements of something I didn’t cook but was homemade by a friend….!) so I plan to enjoy myself, relax and have a nice time not worrying too much about the food I eat.

No gym (the new regime dictating that I rest on Saturday and do a long walk on a Sunday, training three times a week on my new schedule Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and no walking means no Polar H7 monitored screenshot
But even with all of this accumulated activity throughout the day, It meant I would be managing a less than impressive total on the Jawbone Up24 as well…
We may have more of the walking for you the next time you tune in but again there will be no gym until tomorrow as it is the long walk that I attempt today.
