Tell Me On A Sunday

An odd title considering its Monday but seeing as I am writing about yesterday, I think it fits.

Not much to report today, had a very quiet day yesterday catching up on some TV, watching the Football and generally having a relaxing rest day.

Food diary is as such:

Saturday (the day that food diary is from) was a very active day so as you can see I treated myself with a kids portion of Scampi and Chips and a couple of glasses of wine. Like I said before, all work and no play….

Kind of regret the wine as it offered nothing apart from empty calories so I have decided to stop drinking for a minimum of three months, so we will see how that goes…. 😉

That’s all for today, like I said, a quick post because nothing happened!

‘Till tomorrow,

Stay out of the fridge.

I’m a wine lover. I understand. My surgeon has been saying that when you are ready to stop losing weight, you van add back wine. Now I know from my supervised weight loss plan that you can lose weight and still have a glass now and again, I decided post-op that I won’t drink until I hit goal. I’ve stayed strong so far. You will do great!
