Yesterday I learnt to make a very tasty and very health smoothie juice that will easily fill you and energise you for either breakfast or lunch.
Want to learn how to make it?
Well listen up.
The Turbo Charge Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a Lime
- 1/2 a Cucumber
- 1/2 Bag Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Fresh Pinapple
- 3 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Celery Sticks
Prepare the ingredients by skinning that avocado, chopping the cucumber in half, skinning the pineapple and quartering, halving the lime, cutting two celery sticks and removing three ables and the spinach from their bags.
Feed an apple into the juicer, fill the channel with spinach then place another apple on top.
Then place the rest of the ingredients into the juicer tube and press down to extract the juice. Do not put the avocado in at this point.
Take the jug of juice and decant half into a second container. Slice the avocado and put into jug then blend.
Add all juices together and serve.
Tasty and refreshing, an ideal way to start the day or keep you going through the day instead of a snack.

Sorry to say that due to inclement weather my walk and gym were postponed until later in the day but never happened due to a huge bout of back pain that pretty much levelled me making it almost unbearable to walk let alone do anything else.
How is your exercise regime matching up post op? Are you getting enough movement in your day? What do you try to do if you are unable to exercise?
‘Till tomorrow,
Stay out of the fridge.
